The Modena circuit on March 28 will be the scene of the first seasonal road racing challenge with the second 4biker.it trophy, already played in 2019. However, it will be different, it will be a real racing laboratory.
The first important news will be the Formula CIVS( Italian Hillclimbing championship) Superpole, starring the drivers who animate the Italian HillClimb Championship.
To complete the new format, three traditional categories will also take to the track: MiniGP, MiniOpen (open to 125 sp, supermono, Pre moto3 and 300 ss) and 600 – 1000 Open. They too will be the scene of experimentation with the introduction of a qualifyng session also managed in Superpole style.
The CIV Superpole was born in collaboration with the FMI. It was decided to propose the same format as the Hillclimbing italian championship, thus giving way to the riders who will race in the Italian championship and to those who want to try a new formula, approaching the world of hillclimbing. An opportunity for an official shakedown for motorcycles and riders, who can try in view of the season on the road, on a particularly technical track such as that of Modena.
The CIVS Superpole will be open to all categories, including the historic classes, which give life to the Italian championship. The race format includes a free practice session on Saturday afternoon, while on Sunday there is space for the qualifying session and the two race heats.
An innovative formula, therefore, preparatory for the season that will officially start on May 30th from Passo dello Spino. Compared to the road, there will be no ascent, but the Modena track with its very technical layout will approach the winding paths of the mountain.
The event will also be the occasion for the official presentation of the flag, which this year will be played over 6 events, 7 rounds, plus a stage of the Italian Cup, with the new entry Deruta.
To participate in the competition, send the registrations to segreteria@trofeimoto.it. The registration fee is set at 120 euros.
