The gala returns as Champions from the last two seasons gather in Monaco, with the 2020 and 2021 FIM Moto3™ Junior World Champions in attendance.
The FIM Gala returned for a very special edition in 2021, with Champions from both 2020 and 2021 attending the event in Monaco. The Covid-19 pandemic obliged the cancellation of the 2020 edition, so this season Champions from across all different disciplines gathered together to celebrate not one, but two seasons of incredible motorcycling.
2020 FIM Moto3™ Junior World Champion Izan Guevara and 2021 successor Daniel Holgado were both in attendance, with their accomplishments awarded on stage. Guevara won the 2020 crown and then graduated to the Moto3™ World Championship, with the rookie already having made his mark as he took his first Grand Prix win at the Circuit of the Americas earlier this season.
Holgado was awarded fresh from wrapping up the FIM Moto3™JWCh at the final round of 2021 in Valencia, taking the crown and then rounding out the season with a win. He will now also graduate to Moto3™ full-time next year, after having already made a number of appearances in 2021.
After some incredible racing once again in 2021, the Gala brings the curtain down on the season as the standout riders from the last two years get their awards. Now we reset and head into offseason to recharge for another stunning year, with more talented, fast and history-making riders waiting in the wings, looking to earn themselves a place on the stage in 2022.
