Sh Group confirms the Alpe Adria Cup for the 2020 season. Five rounds for a trophy dedicated to amateur riders who wish to compete internationally, where the biggest novelty will be the introduction of a participation filter.
In order to ensure the balance between the members, registration with riders with experience in the world championships, important placings in the main national championships (BSB, CIV, IDM, CEV, FSM) and in the top classes of Alpe Adria International will not be allowed.
The winners of the current edition will not be allowed to re-register the following season, in order to maintain the promotional concept of the category.
The Alpe Adria Cup will accompany the entire Alpe Adria International Championship, an entry level class that offers riders of all ages the ability to compete with 600 and 1000 cc motorcycles with open regulation and free tire conditions.
Each round includes free practice on Friday, qualifying and race 1 on Saturday and warm-up and race 2 on Sunday.
In accordance with international regulations, the minimum age required to participate in the 600 class is 14 years, 16 instead for the 1000 class.
