The Jerez Circuit yesterday witnessed a huge show during the first ESBK round. The Spanish Superbike Championship this year can count on 155 riders coming from more then 26 countries spread all over the world.
Jordi Torres won the Superbike races on Sunday and on Saturday and he is now the Superbike Leader.
In the Open 1000 the winners were Balint Kovacs, Marc Miralles and Ville Valtonen.
In the Supersport Borja Gómez domintaed the race and ended up in 1st position. By finishing 3rd on Saturday he is now the league leader. In the 600 Open Luis Miguel Verdugo, Mauro González and Mathias Poulsen have been those who stood out the most.
As usual the ESBK Junior was characterised by a hige fight. In the end, Álvaro Díaz could win over tough contenders such as Yeray Ruiz e Meikon Kawakami. Carter Brown dominated the Premoto3 while Liqui Moly was the firts in the Moto4.
Next date: May 13-16th in Navarra.
