  • Frohburg (GER): 18 & 19 September 2021

The competition is split between Superbikes and Supersports.

There will be 5 different weekends spread throughout northern Europe: Finland, Belgium, Czech Republic, The Netherlands and Germany.

The IRRC can count on an 20-year-international history. Indeed, the Hamove motoclub (The Nederland) together with Ostend motorsport (Belgium) and MSC (Germany) got together in 2003 with a clear-cut goal: organizing an international championship where riders from their countries could face each other. So did they. In the very beginning, they used to set up 6 races, 2 in each of the three countries, the organizers belonged to. With time, the competition became more and more famous and back in 2009 it hosted circuits as well as riders from all over Europe. Therefore, they realized the name “3 Nations” had lost its original meaning. It needed a new one. It’s precisely in that moment that the new name “International Road Racing Championship” came up. In fact, it well summed up (and it still does) the original goal of the organizers: providing the opportunity for European riders to enjoy and road race in an international context.

They then decided to split the two categories of Superbike and Supersport bikes to leverage as much as possible the ride’s and bike’s level in the races.
